Sea salt for fishery is produced in the Mediterranean area and is harvested in salines by crystallization. The mineral is coarse-grained and naturally moist. Suitable for fish processing as an additive to clipfish / whitefish and is used as an additive in fish farms in the smoltification phase and in land-based fish farms where fresh water is added to salt for adjustable doses.
